Service Description

In Reiki and energy healing sessions, the therapist acts as a vessel and channel to the subtle bodies and energy field of the receiver. Several traditions and cultures might bring different names and techniques, however the root of this therapy is to restore the communication and alignment between the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, light body and the soul. A moment of peace to recalibrate the nervous system towards a calm and relaxed state, balance your energy channels and release blockages that might be present in any part of your system. The session lasts between 45mins and 1 hour where the client rests comfortably on a massage table and the therapy is performed with either very gentle, static pressure from the practitioner’s hands-on in certain position areas of the physical body, or with the hands hovering a few inches above your body. I bring years of experience and the learnings from my teachers in Barcelona, who have been giving this kind of therapy for 20+ years. This therapy has been an essential tool for me to find the balance and support needed in moments of transformation and change.
