Service Description

Yin Yoga is a meditative, slow style of yoga with an enormous depth effect. In the passive sequence, the intense stretches are held for a very long time (3 to 5 minutes!). In the Yin form of yoga, the gaze is directed inwards. Qualities such as waiting, becoming still, letting oneself fall into the body and moment and awareness are central. Yin Yoga uses mainly lying and sitting asanas. Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone. Important to book at yogacorner.ch or through Eversports
